We are bombarded with deadlines, priorities, daily pressures, weekly planning, overload, setting goals, gaining control over your time, procrastination and work life balance. Now is the time for you to take a moment for yourself, to step back, look at the big picture; Come explore common problems and discuss key issues that most entrepreneurs encounter. Learn how to avoid burnout, achieve your goals and make time for your real priorities.

You will learn how to: Set goals and priorities that enable you to effectively manage your time; Monitor daily work habits and determine areas for improvement; Plan daily tasks and goals that align with your mission statement; Identify, evaluate and select tools that help with time and priority management; Avoid over-committing yourself and combat procrastination; Balance your professional and personal lives; Implement a personal time-management action plan.


Session 3: Successful Entrepreneurship means mastering the Art of Relationship Building

General Overview:
This dynamic, thought provoking session seeks to improve attendee skills in working with people, both in their career and in their personal life. The principles learned during this session will equip attendees to understand why people react the way they do, plan and realize change in their interpersonal habits, establish rapport with others and build effective teams, handle difficult situations and difficult people, and get the results they want. In today’s competitive business environment, you have to build successful work relationships and interact with people in a positive way to achieve your organizational goals. The first step in building better work relationships is to become aware of the differences among people—and to be willing to accept these differences as a positive force within an organization. And it all starts with you. This session will prepare you to create better work relationships by becoming a “conscious communicator.” You’ll return to work better able to build constructive and beneficial work relationships by learning how to analyze situations and consciously select and use productive communication strategies.


Session 4: Managing Thoughts and Embracing Change


General Overview:
In this session, our speaker will explore the way in which your thoughts affect your moods and, conversely, the way in which your moods affect your thoughts. You will be exposed to relaxation techniques which will teach you how to interrupt your thoughts and change your moods. Topics include embracing change and learning the skills to help leave unproductive habits behind and move forward with confidence. You will focus on what works in your business and life and what should be left behind. You will need to use your strengths to build your solutions.

* Develop flexibility in actions, thoughts and feelings to better handle any situation

Avoid mistakes and conflicts that may result from misinterpreting others or ineffective listening

Sista Sepia was born in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 1994.

Sista Sepia is a former co-host of the Nationally Syndicated radio program, “The Holy Hip Hop” show which is dedicated to taking the gospel to the streets using gospel rap. Sista Sepia has ministered in many churches and schools, opened as an artist for Jagged Edge at Stonecrest Mall, performed as a guest artist for Mayor Shirley Franklin's Gospel Celebration, and acted in a play called “The Journey.” She has also been featured on various recordings; including Bishop Eddie Long's CD “Those who are not prepared will not survive”, “It's All About Him” by Ole' Pete key and “I Die Daily” by Elle Roc. Currently Sista Sepia is a Co-Host for the “Food for Your Soul” radio program on WIGO 1570 AM the light. Sista Sepia is also currently working on her solo project, as well as, ministering to her husband and two lovely children.
