What are the ABC’s of Building a Successful B-I-Z?

In previous years, our Small Business conference aptly themed “The ABC’s Of Building A B-I-Z” focused on teaching you some of the hard core business skills that are necessary to succeed and build your businesses effectively. This year we are winding down and helping you focus on the “softer side of your business”. We will tackle crucial interpersonal skills that we often neglect; but which are extremely important in the overall functioning and success of any business (small, medium or large).

Attendees of the conference will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of being focused, having a positive attitude, working hard, constantly innovating, effectively managing your time, making strong human connections, and being committed to excellence. The goal of this year’s conference is to identify and explore techniques which enhance entrepreneurs overall professional development, build better work relationships, maximize impact, increase productivity and produce results.

Relevant topics of discussion include understanding your credit, effective time management, stress management, developing healthy relationships and managing change. At the end of our conference, you will be motivated, uplifted and ready to take on the challenges that you were facing yet did not know how to effectively address. Each of these components mentioned will be discussed and you will have the amazing opportunity to directly apply what you learn to your own life.
